SUBSCRIPTION
Accessing the service is simple:
- Subscribe to the service by filling in the online form
- You will receive via email, withing two working days, the information for the first payment
- You will receive the information for the first payment by email (within two working days)
- Upon the payment, you will receive the information for the first payment by email (within two working days)You will receive your contract code by email
- Download the Neogy App and create your account using the same data provided when signing up for the service
- Associate the Contract code in the section dedicated to the profile in the app
- For any info you can call our toll-free number 800.133.966 from Italy or 044.5230383 from abroad

From the map it is possible to view the nearest column:
- activate geolocation to identify the columns near you
- you can also find them by searching the address
- select the payment method
- select the socket
- recharge your car
- remember that the charging speed depends both on the type of column you are using, and on the characteristics of your car!
WARNING! So far, the Enel-X columns are not accessible with our tariff plan, we are implementing this further interoperability.
If you have a prepaid card, follow these steps:
- connect the charging cable to your car;
- bring the card close to the reader of the column;
- wait for the plug to unlock and then insert the socket;
- remember that the charging speed depends both on the type of column you are using, and on the characteristics of your car!
