The user also declares to be well aware of the penal sanctions in accordance to art. 76 of DPR 445/2000 for acts of falsehood, use of fake acts or for false declarations mentioned therein.

The user is aware that Garda Uno SpA reserves the right to verify any declarations with the concerned bodies.

The user also agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance to art.13 of the D.lgs 30 June 2003 n.196.

Requests supported by incomplete, wrong or missing documents will be deleted
